This is a family friendly country house with fantastic outdoor living spaces. Set in the Pollensa countryside the house has been built to a high standard while retaining a traditional style.

The fully-equipped kitchen provides access to the terrace areas and gardens while a door leads to the lounge/dining room. The lounge area is south facing so enjoys sun all day long until it sets behind the Tramontana mountains.

In the main house there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room downstairs plus a further bedroom upstairs  a double bedroom with a balcony which enjoys views towards Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. Also upstairs is a full bathroom with sauna.

An additional bungalow provides a further two twin bedrooms each with en suite shower room.

The large swimming pool is set in a smart tiled surround offering plenty of sun bathing space. Views across the countryside towards old town Pollensa can be enjoyed from the gardens and various terraces (open and covered) including the barbecue area with pergola a perfect spot for outside dining.
