This fully renovated and modernized house is located in the countryside of the Bay of Pollença, only 3.5 km from the nearest beaches and 5 km from the town. The spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the home, while the large furnished terraces invite you to enjoy outdoor living.

It is an ideal place for families with children as well as groups of friends, who can use Casa Llosia as a starting point to explore the beach, the town, or different parts of the island. The house is also particularly suitable for cycling enthusiasts, as many beautiful cycling routes across Mallorca start nearby.

When you open the solid wooden doors, you enter directly into the main living area: a bright space with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. Guests also have access to WiFi internet.

From the living room and one of the bedrooms there is direct access to a covered terrace which, thanks to its large table and benches, becomes a perfect place for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The house offers three carefully decorated bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, sharing a bathroom with a shower.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washing machine. On the terrace behind the house guests can enjoy a traditional wood-fired oven, a barbecue and a table tennis table. For comfort all year round, the house is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) in the three bedrooms and in the living-dining area.
