TOURISTIC LICENCE
We recommend to landlords of individual, terraced or semi-detached houses that you may hold an your are interested in touristic rental, the advisability of application for Touristic Licence with urgency because the new law will be more restrictive and make it more difficult in practice to obtain the licence.
